Water Logic Works carry out Legionella risk assessments across many sites. Quoting and booking were manual, and the formatted reports consultants needed took hours of re-typing back at the office.
The challenge
A manual quoting and booking process, and field consultants reconstructing long, formatted compliance reports by hand after every site visit — slow, repetitive and error-prone.
What we built
An online quoting and booking system for customers, paired with a field app for consultants. On site, the consultant captures the assessment and the system generates a fully formatted PDF report at the push of a button.
The result
Reports that took hours of re-typing now generate in seconds, with manual-entry errors all but eliminated. Quoting and booking became self-service, freeing the team for the work itself.
