Selling policies online without entering the data twice
SFS Group sold insurance online and over the phone, but their storefront lived entirely apart from the policy database — so every online sale was re-keyed by hand into the admin system.
The challenge
Two disconnected systems: an e-commerce storefront and a separate policy database. The same data was entered twice, costing administrator time and inviting error on regulated documentation.
What we built
A new e-commerce website wired directly into a bespoke policy administration system. Online policies flow straight through, with all documentation generated and emailed to the customer automatically.
The result
A significantly more efficient, streamlined process — hundreds of administrator hours saved, duplicate entry eliminated, and a far slicker buying experience for customers.
