My Care Hub is an established platform in the care information space, connecting end users and intermediaries with trusted, up-to-date and authoritative information.
The challenge
Version 1 was built on WordPress, and the platform had outgrown it — maintaining and updating the various plugins was eating time, and the lack of scalability was actively holding back growth.
What we built
We moved the platform to a fully bespoke system: the smart front-end was retained, but the back-end was completely overhauled — streamlining the user system and positioning the platform to handle multiple tiers of advisers and users.
The result
A far more robust solution that's been a huge success. My Care Hub can now roll out new products and features, save significant administrative time, and run on a platform that can scale, grow and evolve alongside their thriving business.
