Colonnade Florist are a well-established florist based in a lovely studio on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells. Having moved from long-standing retail premises in the town centre to the new studio, their online presence had become increasingly important.
The challenge
The previous platform, built in 2015, no longer offered the flexibility they needed. It was clunky from an e-commerce perspective and not visually appealing enough to attract the larger bookings — such as weddings — the business wanted to win.
What we built
We rebuilt the website on our e-commerce platform with a fully bespoke design that lets the stunning imagery and visual content shine, plus a CMS that gives the Colonnade team far more flexibility to manage content and process orders — and to add fresh case studies of recent weddings and events.
The result
A site that attracts new event bookings and streamlines purchasing for standard e-commerce customers alike — with the team now able to keep it fresh and engaging themselves.
