The Falco portal began as a tool to manage a fast-growing team alongside hugely complex, previously-manual timesheet generation and incident management — then grew, module by module, into the system the whole operation runs on.
The challenge
An ever-growing workforce meant timesheets and incident management had outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected legacy tools. Data lived in silos, admin was manual and slow, and there was no single place to see across the operation.
What we built
A bespoke ERP portal where every piece of data is recorded against the individual it belongs to — timesheets, fuel transactions, vehicle damage, internal messaging and training, much of it captured in the field via a companion mobile app.
The result
Falco drill into their data at whatever granularity they need and pull from a large report library on demand. The manual admin that consumed days each month is automated, and the client reports a significant return on investment.
